Course Description: This training provides an overview of Avaya SBC deployment and basic configuration. Detailed information on settings needed to create basic and advanced SIP Trunking configuration and Remote Worker setup will be included. In addition, advanced features for routing, security with certificates and blacklists, and troubleshooting tools and techniques will be discussed.

Practice Environment: Practice will include everything from initial SBC configuration to Certificate configuration. Interfaces, SIP Server profiles, URI Group testing and Topology Hiding and its effects on communication will be included. In addition, URI, Header and Signaling Manipulation, implementation of transcoding and transrating, and troubleshooting tools with deep log analysis will also be discussed.
